Gourmet Picnic Menu

Please choose from the following:

Starters

• Classic prawn cocktail
• Chicken liver pate  served with homemade melba toast & butter
• Scottish smoked salmon served with homemade dill scone, lemon & crème fraiche
• Crevettes served with citrus mayonnaise
• Antipasto of Italian cured meats with olives & ciabbatta bread
• Mixed tomato and mozzarella salad (v)

Main Courses

• Chargrilled chicken, parma ham & sun blushed tomato salad
• Homecooked cold roast beef & horseradish sauce with mixed leaf salad
• Salmon fillet poached in white wine and herbs with rocket
• Dressed crab salad with citrus mayonnaise
• Butternut squash, goat’s cheese & pumpkin seed salad  (v)

All the main courses are served with a selection of freshly prepared salads including homemade coleslaw, tomato & onion salad, coucous, waldorf salad & new potatoes.

Homemade Puddings or Cheese & biscuits

• White chocolate cheesecake with fruit coulis
• Lemon meringue roulade
• Chocolate brownies
• Summer fruit & cream

Bottle of still mineral water (250ml)

Your picnic will include a starter, main course,  pudding or cheese and a bottle of  mineral water together with everything you might need for your meal including plates, plastic cutlery, napkin, table cloth, plastic glass, wet wipe & refuse sack. Your picnic should be kept cool so you may prefer to repack your picnic into your own hamper or cool bag.  Alternatively you can purchase a picnic cool bag or box from us.  Prices from £ 20.00
